Our Train-the-Trainer workshops are for anyone who is looking for new ways to teach team and leadership skills in a fun and engaging environment.
In our Train-the-Trainer workshop, you can expect to learn ways to lead and incorporate teambuilding activities into your existing curriculum. You will learn activities that promote trust and creative problem solving, as well as encourage purposeful communication as well as how to deliver important debriefing and processing skills by asking thought-provoking questions to maximize your group's learning experience.
COURSE GOAL:
Our goal is to prepare facilitators to make Toobeez Team Building effective, easy & FUN!
Facilitators will learn to apply principles, prepare and plan the team building and leadership training activities to fit the needs of their groups.
Leading a group though Toobeez activities can seem daunting, especially if the group is large (30 or 40). Our intense, one-day curriculum will teach you the following:
• How to effectively use Toobeez to connect teams
• All Toobeez activities plus variations
• How to structure group activities to effectively accomplish your goals
• How to custom design team activities to fit the needs of your particular group
• Lead discussions to help the participants reach the conclusion you need them to reach
• Manage group conflict and problem people
• Learn techniques for reaching consensus through debrief questions

cost for this course is per participant and
includes course materials: Facilitator Manual, Copy of
“Toobeez Training With a Twist: Communication &
Teamwork” Corporate Manual and 1 set of Toobeez.
Toobeez will be shipped to your home location at no
extra charge. Lunch, snacks & refreshments will also
be provided.
