$100,000 Training Giveaway - FAQ's

1.Why is Toobeez giving away $100,000 worth of training?
Toobeez started out as just a toy designed by Joe Donahue who wanted families to connect with each other. The business community turned our product into an amazing training tool. This is just Toobeez's way of giving back to the business community as a way of saying “Thank You!”

2.Why only 30 participants per company?
Toobeez Teambuilding Activities are very “hands-on” and interactive. In order for the trainer to accomplish the goals, we have determined that 30 would be a manageable size for this promotion.

3.Why do you recommend management personnel attend training?
Breakdowns in communication happen throughout entire organizations. For teambuilding to be effective, both managers and their personnel should experience the learning so they can re-connect. 

4.Who is eligible?
ANY ORGANIZATION regardless of status is eligible: large and small businesses, non-profits, school administrators, community groups, etc.

5.  How big of a facility do we need? 
It depends on how large your group is. The maximum participants allowed for this promotion is 30. Toobeez activities are interactive, energetic and can require elbow room or moving space. The size of the facility is directly related to the actual number of participants. 

6.  What do participants need to bring?
A writing utensil, an open mind and a fresh perspective. Comfortable clothing/shoes as they will be required to move around throughout the training would be a good idea. If you decide to rent an off-site facility keep in mind that sometimes temperature is an issue. Participants should bring any additional clothing they feel will keep them comfortable in such a setting.

7.  Can training be spread over two days? 
No. It would interrupt the learning process. The promotion is for a full day of training so that the group can get the maximum benefits out of the activities.

8.  How much is this training really worth?
The value of our one-day training is $300.00 per person for groups this size. 

9.  What do we get? 
A full day of Toobeez teambuilding and leadership training activities. We will create your program with you so that the needs of your particular organization are met. If your needs are to improve communication between departments we will schedule activities to address this issue. If you want better customer service, we will tailor an activity to address this need. 

10.  Can we schedule the event for anytime we want? 
Event dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis. Seminars will be conducted Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. All seminars must be scheduled and completed by December 31, 2007.

11.  Of what benefit will this be to my company? 
Toobeez activities help connect individuals within an organization. The breakdown of communication within our society has been a problem for both individuals and organizations for decades. All members of an organization, whether they are leaders or subordinates can benefit from getting to know their teams better. When members of an organization can't communicate, projects come to a standstill and the growth and productivity of an organization is stymied. Cultivating better relationships is the key to the increased productivity and financial growth. 

12.  Why are we being asked to provide lunch? 
To get the maximum value out of the training, we have found it best that participants not go off-site for lunch. Eating together on-site allows participants to share what they are learning with one another and to connect with one another which is part of the training's objective. Participants can also ask additional questions of the trainer that time may not allow for during the activities.
