organizations within a 75 mile
radius of our office (Wayne,
Pennsylvania) the chance to win a
free team building and training
seminar for up to 30 people in
celebration of the launch of Project
Connect, the on-site training
division of Toobeez International
and their newest training activity
manual, "Toobeez
Training With A Twist: Communication
and Team Building" by
Abigail R. Kies, MBA, and Michelle
Tillis Lederman, CPA, MBA, CEC.
Toobeez
gives organizations the chance to
learn how to interact as a team and
motivate each other, while playing
and having fun," said Gil
Keough, Director of Corporate
Training for Toobeez International
and Project Connect. "When
people can't communicate, projects
and organizations come to a
standstill. The breakdown of
communication has been a problem for
both individuals and organizations
for decades. Cultivating better
relationships is the key."
The
seminar is completely free, however,
the winning organizations will be
required to provide a facility and
lunch for all participants. To be
entered for the chance to win a

received by March 31, 2007.

Toobeez
Training with a Twist: Communication
and Team Building
was developed by experienced
facilitators for anyone who leads
groups. There is an Activity Matrix
to help facilitators determine which
activities are best suited for each
objective that needs to be met.
There are 10 activities in the book
which focus on communication,
cooperation, creative thinking,
decision making, diversity, ethics,
influence leadership, negotiations,
people development, project
management, strategic thinking and
teamwork. Each activity includes an
a Learning Intention, Overview,
Instructions, Observations and
Modifications, Conclusion,
Variations, Debrief, Opening,
Closing and space for Notes.
