1. What are Toobeez?
A. Toobeez started out as just a toy designed by Joe Donahue who wanted families to connect with each other. The business community turned the toy into an amazing training tool. As a result, Joe reached out to industry experts and developed several activities using Toobeez to help connect people.

2. What kind of activities do you use?
A. Toobeez activities are very hands-on, get-out-of-your-chair-interactive. The predetermined goals are accomplished by using the Toobeez as the vehicle to connect individuals in ways that build trust, encourage collaboration and cooperation. Toobeez activities foster better relationships and break down barriers. 

3. Who should attend Toobeez training?
A. Large and small businesses, non-profits, school administrators and community groups. Pretty much anyone who is part of a group. It’s also recommended that management attend.

4. Why do you recommend management attend training?
A. Breakdowns in communication happen throughout entire organizations. For team building to be effective, both managers and their teams should experience the learning so they can all play together and re-connect. 

5. How big of a facility do we need? 
A. It depends on how large your group is. Toobeez activities are interactive, energetic and require elbow room or moving space. 

6. What do participants need to bring?
A. A writing utensil, an open mind and a fresh perspective. Comfortable clothing/shoes as they will be required to move around throughout the training would be a good idea

7. What is involved in the training?
A. A full day of Toobeez team building and leadership training activities. We will create your program with you so that the needs of your particular organization are met. For example, if your goal is to improve communication between departments we will schedule appropriate activities. If you want better customer service, we will tailor an activity to address the need. 

8. Can we schedule the event for anytime we want? 
A. Event dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis. Seminars will be conducted Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. It would be a good idea to have a second and third choice of dates.

9. Of what benefit will this be to my company? 
A. Toobeez activities help connect individuals within an organization. All members of an organization, whether they are leaders or employees can benefit from getting to know their teams better. When members of an organization can't communicate, projects come to a standstill and the growth and productivity of an organization is stymied. 

10. What makes YOUR team building techniques different from all the other team building companies?
A. Toobeez activities bring people together rather than have them compete each other. Because Toobeez was invented as a toy, we concentrate on learning while playing and having fun. We focus on the debriefs and use activities that anyone can do to and everyone can participate in. We encourage our clients to keep a set of Toobeez at their company to continue doing activities with their staff on an as-needed basis. 

12. How do you accomplish your objectives at one of your seminars? 
A. Toobeez activities get people to connect with one another on a level they are not used to experiencing day to day; through play. 

13. What is the ROI for a company? 
A. When departments work together as team, goals and projects are met. Teams come together when they realize that as a group, they can accomplish more than as individuals. This realization increases productivity and revenue.
