Please call Connectable Color Tubes, LLC (CCT) Customer Service at (1-877-TOOBEEZ) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return the product together with the original invoice and the original and undamaged packaging.

90 Day Limited Product Warranty - Connectable Color Tubes, LLC warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for up to ninety days (90) from the date of original purchase. If any failure to conform to this warranty becomes apparent during the warranty period, purchaser shall promptly notify CCT and return such defective product to CCT at its own expense with proof of purchase to establish such claim. This warranty is issued to the original purchaser only, and is not transferable in any way at any time. CCT will replace any defective parts to the owner with similar or like parts of the same.

This warranty shall not apply to any damage or product failure that is caused by any condition beyond CCT's control, including, but not limited to, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper installation or application, alteration, acts of God, or normal wear and tear. CCT shall not be liable for any costs of removal or installation. CCT's sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective item(s) at CCT's discretion.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. CCT MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
